Print out the shape cards and laminate them.
Each shape has an accompanying pose to it. The cards can be mixed and match, but the original order of the cards respects an appropriate flow that feels good for the body.
Cover the pose and show the shape to the children first. Ask them if they remember the name of that shape and how would they replicate that shape with their bodies.
Allow them some time to explore with their bodies and see with what ideas they come up with. Many times they come up with better ideas than mine!
Then uncover the pose and have them try it out. Ask them if they prefer their idea or the one in the cards :)
